Hallstrom Construction served as the General Contractor for the new construction and expansion of the Penn Highlands Behavioral Health Hospital. The project added a 57,137 square foot, three-story building with a basement. This new facility includes 44 patient rooms, classrooms, activity rooms, calming rooms, and a full kitchen and cafeteria, all designed to improve patient care and support a comprehensive range of behavioral health services.
