CURWENSVILLE - The Clearfield County Area Agency on Aging just opened the doors to its newly renovated meal production and distribution facility. The relocation of the facility to Curwensville from Clearfield has allowed for the Meals on Wheels program to return a hot meal delivery to the Mahaffey route and add two new routes. The larger facility will not only produce meals for Clearfield County consumers but also for Centre County. "We purchased it because it offered us over 10,000 square feet of space, and the facility at our old site offered us about 3,500," chief executive director of the Area Agency on Aging Kathleen Gillespie said.
